Saturday was a light day- I failed again to tape some of the lifts…
Workout We did:
- Snatch High Pull+ Snatch 3-5 sets of x2-3
- Clean High Pull + Clean 3-5 sets of x2-3
- Rack Jerks x2
- FSQ x3’s for speed
Tomorrow we start phase 2! At this point we should be fully recovered by now and be ready to push some heavier weights. IF we all stay focused on quality reps, I can see some big PR’s in the next few months.
