Saturday training is a ramp up, some of the guys are a still a little beat up from work/class, so we made some adjustments.
In general this is what we did:
- Snatch waves- intensity medium, sets 4-6, reps 2
- Clean Waves- intensity medium, sets 4-6, reps 2
- Jerks- Intensity light to medium, sets 5-8, reps 2- here we really focused on the dip positioning
- FSQ- 3’s worked up to medium to heavy triple
- Upper Aux- Push/Pull High reps just to get a pump going
On another note, if you wear a belt, I’m a BIG fan of the Spud deadlift belt. It gives you a TON of support without a big bulky belt that gets in the way of your pull. They happen to be having a 15% discount on their belts too.
