I’ve talked about this before but it can’t be stated enough. Just because you see it on YoutTube, does NOT mean it’s correct. This topic is a double edge sword, while you can find quality information on it, a majority is junk and people trying to come up with some BS idea and/or be controversial to get recognized.
What ever happened to listening to your QUALIFIED Coach? I’ve seen a lot of great lifters doing dumb stuff they’ve seen over the internet and get injured or because “John Smith” has been doing, “Get 50k on your squat in 5 days” program than you need to stray away from the plan you and your Coach developed.
The point of this rant is that you need to stop looking to youtube for information, you don’t know what the lifters are doing for the rest of their workout, what part of the workout it was, if their JUICING?, and don’t fail to forget majority of the popular vides are of lifters that lift FULL time, that’s around x2-3 a day 5-7 days a week.
So let’s put things into perspective, fellas.
Train Smart!
