Saturday was the final week of our Phase 1 program. It was a bit rough with some due to sickness and minor injuries, but over-all the guys were focused and ready to go. Unfortunately I massively failed to record the lifts…
In short the guys did some hangs, rack jerks, squats, and some upper aux. Nothing too crazy, we’ll de-load this week and then hit it hard going into phase 2.
De-load:
Going into the de-load, the guys are expected to still workout and do active recovery methods such as fascial stretching, foam rolling, heat/ice, etc… the purpose is to ensure they go into phase 2 fresh, both mentally and physically.
