Plate Loading
The other day I watching a guy deadlifting, nothing wrong with that…kicker is he was using the 10kg plates on the inside and then loaded it with 3 iron plates…to add to this after each set he’d through it down to be a “bad ass”. Come on meatball, plates can only take so much!
Below is the ideal way to load the bar and explains clearly why you shouldn’t load the bar as stated above.
Clean UP
Outside of just putting the weightlifting bar and plates away, if there’s blood on the bar…how about ya clean it up? Takes about 1 minute to spray and wipe down. Don’t be that guy…
